The Scotch-Brite 7447 PRO roller combines flexible fibres with fine-grit aluminium oxide abrasive particles for sharp and consistent cutting action. Use our 7447 PRO instead of steel wool, steel wire brushes, sandpaper and other non-woven products for cleaning or finishing.
Use Scotch-Brite 7447 PRO roller as a good alternative to steel wool and other non-woven products such as wire brushes and sandpaper for demanding cleaning tasks and fine finishing results. Our 7447 PRO uses densely graded abrasive aluminium oxide particles for a fast cut and a clean, smooth finish. The fibre-coated technology cuts efficiently with consistent scratch, to lightly sand, prep or finish parts in less time. Results are consistent for the entire life of discs. Use the versatile 7447 PRO on a wide range of materials such as wood, metal, plastic, ceramic, porcelain, glass, rubber or composites, from paint preparation in the automotive industry to light sanding of furniture or cabinets. Our discs are comparable in performance to grade 1 steel wool, but unlike steel wool, they do not rust after use and leave no fine metal chips. Use for cleaning, finishing, blending and deburring, or for light sanding before applying lacquer and paint primers. They also clean upholstery and chrome. The discs are effective in wet or dry environments and can be rinsed and used repeatedly. Scotch-Brite PRO is a unique surface conditioning product with an abrasive material embedded in non-woven nylon fibres. This fibre coating technology allows Scotch-Brite PRO abrasive products to cut faster and produce a more consistent scratch than competing non-woven abrasive products, reducing the time and effort required to finish parts.
